Discover the Healing Power of Song with
Mill Hill Community Choir
At Kata Holistic Light, we believe holistic wellbeing extends beyond bodywork to nurturing the heart and soul through community connection. That is why we are excited to introduce the Mill Hill Community Choir — a vibrant, inclusive group that brings people together through the joy of singing.
Founded by Agnes Keszthelyi, a survivor of domestic abuse and physical disabilities, the choir creates a safe, supportive space where people of all backgrounds and abilities come together weekly at Mill Hill Library. It is a community built on connection, healing, and shared joy.

Why Join the Choir?
Singing is not just fun — it is a powerful way to boost mental well-being, reduce stress, and combat loneliness. The choir welcomes everyone, whether you are an experienced singer or have never sung before. No sheet music or auditions required — just bring your voice and your spirit.
